Refund policy
Head Choice Inc. stands behind the quality of our products, and our company philosophy is all about you. We understand that sometimes, things just don’t work out. You have 7 days from the purchase date listed on your receipt to return a product. Your returned/exchanged item(s) should be in its original packaging with all hang tags and patches attached. All products must be in new and unused condition. We also request that you ensure the bag(s) is clean and free of personal articles before sending it back.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns must have a valid receipt to be considered.Â

ExchangesÂ
All exchanges must be approved by a Head Choice Inc. representative prior to sending product back. You have 7 days from the delivery date to start an exchange for item(s).Â
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
